With the end of another year comes another Spotify Wrapped. As music listeners flock to share their top hits and favorite artists, you’ve likely seen a version of the above all over social media.
Spotify Wrapped is a fun and interactive opportunity for music lovers to take a walk down memory lane and perhaps be surprised by their listening habits. I for one won’t personally reveal what my Billie Eilish top listening percentage is, but know that even I was shocked by the results.
Taking a page from Spotify’s book, today we’ll be diving into some of our LANDED greatest hits from 2024. Follow along, queue up your favorite tunes, and prepare to be surprised by just how successful high volume hiring can be when accompanied by the sweet sounds of generative AI.
This year, LANDED began working with premium nightlife and restaurant concept Tao Group Hospitality. Together, we were able to drive an <24 hour time-to-interview – significantly lower than the industry average of 5-7 days.
We collaborated with all-natural frozen custard brand Goodberry’s Creamery to add structure to their hiring process and boost candidate quality, speed, and tracking capabilities. This resulted in a whopping 371 hours saved for their locations in just a few months!
Speaking of viral names, celeb favorite Erewhon joined the LANDED family in 2024. Together, we vetted through a staggering quantity of applicants to ensure that only top quality candidates were pushed through to hiring managers. With this new streamlined hiring process, we were able to achieve a 5 day time to hire!
Fast growing Agave & Rye partnered with us to support multiple new restaurant openings! We helped them fill 122 front and back of house positions (exceeding a hiring goal of 100 team members) in just three weeks, achieving a 37% interview-to-hire ratio and helping them keep their opening timeline on track.
