The opportunity

As a small, fast-growing team alongside an SDR team, your scope will expand quickly, and your impact will be felt across the organization. We’re looking for someone who can execute quickly and think strategically—someone who wants to learn how a high-growth startup is built from the inside.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers—from discovery through close
  • Travel to industry conferences and events each quarter to represent LANDED, build relationships with prospective customers and partners, and generate pipeline through in-person engagement
  • Partner directly with the CEO on deal strategy, positioning, and negotiations
  • Develop deep expertise in LANDED’s product, customer use cases, and ROI story
  • Run thoughtful discovery to understand prospects’ hiring workflows, pain points, and business goals
  • Craft tailored demos and proposals that clearly articulate value and impact
  • Forecast pipeline accurately and maintain strong CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate with Client Strategy to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success
  • Surface market insights and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy
  • Help build and refine sales playbooks, messaging, and processes as we scale

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of closing experience in a customer-facing or revenue role (SaaS, startup, consulting, or similar preferred)
  • Experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—you can explain complex ideas simply
  • High sense of ownership and comfort working autonomously
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn directly from founders and senior leaders
  • Excellent organization skills and familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot
  • Analytical mindset—you care about metrics, process, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to move fast, adapt quickly, and stay organized in a dynamic environment
  • High EQ and genuine enjoyment of building relationships
