LANDED schedules interviews automatically so contact our support team to ensure we have your up-to-date availability. If you need to reschedule any interviews with candidates, our support team will take care of all the candidate engagement for you!
TIP: Candidates are applying to multiple jobs at one time and if they wait 3+ days after their interview is scheduled until it takes place, the likelihood of no shows increases because they might’ve found other employment during the delay. Keep your interview days and times as wide as possible!
Remember, you are fully hands off until the 1st interview for each candidate happens. After conducting interviews, head into your ATS to move candidates forward as per your internal protocol. Be sure to document interview attendance, offers, and hires in real time to help us help you meet your hiring goals!
If you want change how interviews are conducted, set interviews caps for the maximum number of interviews per week, or conduct group interviews, let our support team know! We can customize how interviews are set up at a location and role level.
