Interview Availability & Rescheduling

LANDED schedules interviews automatically so contact our support team to ensure we have your up-to-date availability. If you need to reschedule any interviews with candidates, our support team will take care of all the candidate engagement for you!

TIP: Candidates are applying to multiple jobs at one time and if they wait 3+ days after their interview is scheduled until it takes place, the likelihood of no shows increases because they might’ve found other employment during the delay. Keep your interview days and times as wide as possible!

Customize Vetting & Share Feedback on Candidate Quality

Our first few weeks are all about calibration. As you interview candidates, share feedback on any trends so that we can make adjustments to vetting. Without hearing from you, we won't know that adjustments are needed.

TIP: As a general rule of thumb, a trend is 3+ occurrences. For example: If you hold 3 interviews for a Shift Lead and they don't have the right industry experience, we want to hear from you!

Interview Set Up

If you want change how interviews are conducted, set interviews caps for the maximum number of interviews per week, or conduct group interviews, let our support team know. We can customize how interviews are set up at a location and role level.
