Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Growth, you'll own one of the most operationally critical functions at LANDED - ensuring the candidate pipelines that power our clients' hiring are healthy, performing, and moving. We are a small and growing team, so your responsibilities will evolve rapidly.
You'll be expected to execute fast but, more importantly, to identify what's working, flag what isn't, and drive resolution through the right channels - whether that's pulling a lever yourself or escalating in a structured, informed way. You'll join us at an exciting and challenging time of fast growth and will have an unparalleled opportunity to help define a function being built from the ground up.
This role combines performance marketing operations, data analytics, and cross-functional communication skills. The Growth Analyst sits at the intersection of paid acquisition, client outcomes, and internal escalation - working closely with our Customer Success team to make sure clients are hitting their hiring goals. As someone with daily visibility into pipeline performance across our entire client portfolio, you'll develop sharper insight into what drives candidate quality and volume than almost anyone else at the company.
