Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Growth, you'll own one of the most operationally critical functions at LANDED - ensuring the candidate pipelines that power our clients' hiring are healthy, performing, and moving. We are a small and growing team, so your responsibilities will evolve rapidly.

You'll be expected to execute fast but, more importantly, to identify what's working, flag what isn't, and drive resolution through the right channels - whether that's pulling a lever yourself or escalating in a structured, informed way. You'll join us at an exciting and challenging time of fast growth and will have an unparalleled opportunity to help define a function being built from the ground up.

This role combines performance marketing operations, data analytics, and cross-functional communication skills. The Growth Analyst sits at the intersection of paid acquisition, client outcomes, and internal escalation - working closely with our Customer Success team to make sure clients are hitting their hiring goals. As someone with daily visibility into pipeline performance across our entire client portfolio, you'll develop sharper insight into what drives candidate quality and volume than almost anyone else at the company.

What you'll do:

  • Own day-to-day pipeline health monitoring across all active client accounts — living in dashboards, tracking CPAs, fill rates, and application-to-interview conversion, and acting on what you see
  • Manage campaign budgets across paid candidate acquisition channels, reallocating spend based on pipeline demand and performance against targets
  • Optimize client job descriptions and intro messaging to improve application rates, applying established frameworks and testing iteratively
  • Monitor bulk message campaign performance and execute adjustments when open rates, response rates, or conversion fall below benchmarks
  • Maintain a working understanding of each client's staffing needs and hiring velocity so you can anticipate demand shifts before they become pipeline gaps
  • Own the internal escalation process when a client pipeline is at risk — documenting the issue, proposed resolution, and timeline before engaging CS or leadership
  • Partner with the Client Strategy team in a structured, consistent way to surface performance data and align on client-facing communication when escalation is needed
  • Contribute to the documentation and iteration of the Candidate Growth playbook as we scale to new clients and verticals

Who you are:

You thrive in structured execution environments and take genuine pride in making a system run well. You've got enough analytical instinct to know when a number doesn't look right and enough initiative to go find out why without being asked. You're not waiting for someone to hand you a to-do list — you know what needs attention because you've already checked.

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2 years of work experience in an analytical, operations, or growth-adjacent role
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes, not just tasks
  • Comfortable living in dashboards and spreadsheets; you notice anomalies and you follow the thread
  • Excellent written communication skills - you can summarize a complex performance situation clearly and know who needs to hear it
  • High attention to detail and process; you drive things to completion rather than leaving them in a half-finished state
  • Collaborative by default - you share information proactively, especially when something isn't working
  • Able to move quickly and adapt in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Analytical and curious - you want to understand why a pipeline is underperforming, not just that it is

Bonus if you:

  • Have exposure to performance marketing, paid acquisition, or demand generation
  • Are familiar with the restaurant, hospitality, or hourly workforce industries
  • Have worked inside a SaaS platform or marketplace business where supply and demand both matter
  • Have picked up tools like HubSpot, Clay, or Looker quickly and want more of that
