Intuitive Design and Layout
Our Interview Scheduling page has a new look.
We’ve updated the layout to provide a holistic view of your schedule, allowing users to quickly view details regarding interview times, locations, and roles. Users can create new interview schedules or directly access and modify existing details with ease.
Additionally, schedules are neatly consolidated into a single page for easy access and viewing.
New Feature: Duplicate an Existing Schedule
Need to create a new interview schedule but don’t have the time to set it up?
Users will now be able to easily duplicate existing schedules, and are free to customize these duplicates with any desired details.
Advanced Search Functionality
Search functionality on the Interview Schedule page has been upgraded with advanced filtering. Now, users can seamlessly locate specific schedules by searching the name or location assignment.
Adding and Editing Custom Schedules
Following feedback from our users, the process of adding and editing schedules has been significantly simplified.
Now, users can easily create new schedules in three easy steps:
- Set desired locations
- Assign roles to each location
- Set times for interviews
Users can now add multiple locations or roles to a schedule and easily adjust the assignments to what fits the needs of their team best. .
