Job description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supervising the daily operations for Prime Pizza.  This role is responsible for supervising the teams to deliver the best product and guest experience in accordance with brand standards and guidelines.  The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the training and development of the hourly staff to include hiring, onboarding, training and development for all front of house team members.
Working Conditions and Expectations:
Work schedule may require weekends and holidays, early morning and late evenings. Shifts will range from 8 – 12 hours. Fast-paced, crowded, loud environment. Follow safety and sanitation rules and laws at all times. Coaching and mentoring staff to develop a team and encourage promoting within.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and team player skills High level of accountability Have the ability to operate a POS system.
